This website is operated by Prainha Turismo LTDA (tax ID 33.159.574/0001-66), the company behind Prainha Bar, on the banks of the Vaza Barris river in Matapoã, Aracaju/SE, Brazil.

By browsing or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy.

This is an informational website: it presents the restaurant, the menu and the AquaArena, and lets you request reservations and access our online menu.

Availability of dishes, hours and attractions may vary. Always confirm important information through our contact channels.

Reservations requested through the website are reservation requests and are only confirmed after we confirm them via WhatsApp.

The day before, we send a reminder asking you to confirm or cancel. Unconfirmed reservations, or those running significantly late, may be released to other guests.

Please be punctual and give advance notice if you need to cancel, out of respect for those on the waiting list.

The dishes and drinks shown on this website are a selection and are subject to change. The current items and prices are always on our online menu and at the venue.

Any orders and payments made through the online menu are processed by the partner platform and its payment methods, subject to those platforms' terms.

The AquaArena has its own rules for access, age, safety and use, posted on site and on the attraction's page. Use is at your own risk, always following our team's guidance.

You agree to use the website lawfully, without attempting to disrupt its operation, access restricted areas or misuse its content.

The Prainha brand, the logo, the texts, the photos and all other content on this website are protected and may not be copied or reused without prior authorization.

The website contains links to and integrations with third-party services — such as WhatsApp/Meta, Google Maps and the online-menu platform — which have their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these third parties.

We strive to keep the information accurate and the website available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the absence of errors. We are not liable for damages arising from the use or unavailability of the website, except as required by law.

We may update these Terms at any time. The current version will always be available on this page and applies from the moment it is published.

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of the District of Aracaju/SE, Brazil, are elected to settle any disputes, waiving any other, however privileged.
