Reservations: name, phone (WhatsApp), date, time, party size and any preferences you share.

Support: the content you send us via WhatsApp, phone or e-mail.

To send, via WhatsApp, your reservation confirmation and a reminder the day before asking you to confirm or cancel.

To reply to your message and improve our service.

We use the official WhatsApp Business API (Meta Platforms) to send your reservation confirmations and reminders. Messages travel through Meta's infrastructure and are also subject to Meta's privacy policy.

We only send messages related to your reservation. You can cancel at any time by tapping the button in the message itself.

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the providers needed to run the service — for example, Meta/WhatsApp to deliver the messages and the hosting providers for the website and system — which process the data following our instructions.

We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your reservation and meet legal obligations. After that, it is deleted or anonymized.

At any time you may request access, correction, deletion or portability of your data, and withdraw consent, through our contact channels below.

We use only cookies essential to the website's operation. We do not use advertising cookies.
